I have a genuine opportunity for someone to join a “family feel” company, who have an opening for someone looking for a long-term permanent role.
We need to find someone who’s looking for an all-rounder role - some reception, meet and greet, be the voice of the company at the end of the phone, varied administration tasks including invoicing, sales support, keeping on top of office supplies, typing letters and getting involved in ad-hoc projects that crop up - basically helping to keep the business running smoothly.
They are looking for someone with experience in an office-based role previously, able to use Microsoft applications – especially Excel, confident in multi-tasking and able to adjust own workloads in line with changing deadlines.
It’s a genuinely nice place to work and most employees have been with them for many years – which shows how supportive the owners/management are.
On offer:
Salary: £25-30,000
Monday to Friday
8.30-5.00pm
Parking available
Pension
25 days holiday +bank holidays
