Are you looking for a part time role, in a small and welcoming team?
Do you have your own vehicle and able to get to Reigate on a daily basis?
Have you worked in a planning or co-ordinator role for 1-2 years?
Working as part of this busy team, you’ll be organising both service and maintenance activities, as well as keeping clients up to date with any breakdown emergency calls – organising for experienced colleagues to either discuss over the telephone or attend site.
Ensuring that all paperwork is available pre and post visit, ordering parts, quoting for repairs, working alongside warranty documents for claims with manufacturers.
Liaising with various internal departments including purchasing and accounts teams, as well as manufacturers directly.
