Job Advert: Process Specialist – Customer Engagement
Role Overview:
As a Process Specialist – Customer Engagement, you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining and optimising end-to-end processes and reporting outputs. Your bridge-building abilities between IT systems development and business requirements will ensure that our clients organisation follows standardised and effective procedures within ERP and non-ERP platforms. A hands-on position, this role involves working closely with their stakeholders, documenting processes, and supporting IT system deployment on a global scale.

Working hours: 8.30 – 17.00 (finish early on a Friday)

Key responsibilities:
Thoroughly understand business and system flows, ensuring alignment with standardised practices
Identify system gaps based on global business processes, collaborating with internal and external partners to implement improvements
Assist in onboarding experts to relevant systems, document process flows, and contribute to report design
Conduct regular reviews of operational processes to maintain compliance with established procedures
Provide training to stakeholders at various levels using diverse training approaches
Drive process enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency and impact
Qualifications and Skills:
Solid experience in customer-focused roles within project-driven manufacturing and supply chain contexts
Proficiency in relevant systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Field Service hub and basic understanding of Finance & Operations
Ability to create process flows and standard operating procedure documentation
Strong IT skills across hardware and software, with excellent analytical and detail-oriented capabilities
Outstanding communication skills and a flexible approach to teamwork
Capacity to work independently as well as part of a diverse team, contributing across various areas
Enthusiasm for problem-solving and contributing to a dynamic and international environment
