Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a reputable business based in East Grinstead who are currently in search of a Project Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and be the main point of contact for onsite project activities, attending sites to undertake audits, liaising with subcontractors and coordinating materials and equipment deliveries / collection.

Duties:
Providing administrative support to the Project Managers as required
Take responsibility for production of H&S documentation for projects
Completing RAMS & O&M Manuals as required throughout project process
Overseeing the placing of factory orders and coordination of site deliveries
Forecasting the future provision of equipment and communicate requirements for effective inventory control
Collating commissioning documentation and O&M manuals on completion of project
Communicate with Service & Maintenance department regarding the booking of engineers in line with contractor programme of works
Take ownership of the offsite stock facility, tracking inventory and coordinating deliveries and collections and liaise with product team to coordinate.
Coordinate RAMS that are project specific, ensuring detail is shared and communicated with engineers, subcontractors and clients
Experience:
Excellent organisation and administrative skills and experience working within a similar engineering environment or construction industry
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of project management processes
Knowledge of H&S legislation and regulations
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping processes
