No cold sales this is a support role
Salary £21k - £24k + bonus, onsite parking, close to public transport links, team focused environment
The Role:
Providing full support to the sales team, you will be required to follow up any existing or new orders
Keeping clients fully informed of order / delivery changes and progress
Responding to pricing orders and assisting with alternatives when needed
Processing invoices and keeping orders up to date
Assisting with refunds
