Junior Project Manager
With the focus on creating, maintaining and publishing customer post-purchase content, you will work with the project managers to ensure the successful execution of projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Day to day duties:
Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to closure.
Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and resources to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and action items.
Prepare project status reports, progress updates, and presentations for stakeholders.
Support the identification and management of project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
Track project expenses, budgets, and resource allocations.
Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and decision-making.
Coordinate and schedule project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Help in the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices.
Support the implementation and adoption of project management tools and software.
Provide administrative support to project managers, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Experience:
Knowledge of PM frameworks such as Agile and Waterfall
