- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a well-established business in the Horley area who are currently in search of a Senior Accounts Assistant to join their team on a part time basis.
This is a varied role to include payroll, accounts payable, month end and year end and general office administration. This position will suit a hands on, well rounded Senior Accounts Assistant that is used to working independently.
Key duties include:
Sales Invoicing
Purchase Invoice processing
Daily online Banking
Payroll / HMRC Payments / Pension processing
Month end tasks including Journals / Quarterly VAT Returns
Cross Charge Journals (Include Credit Card and Expenses Allocation)
VAT Return
Paying VAT and PAYE
Companies House filing (Yearly)
Year End Accounts
Monthly Management Accounts
Monthly Bank and Petty Cash Reconciliations
Group VAT Return
P11D
Database management and general administrative duties
