- Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a leading business based in East Grinstead who are currently in search of a LPA Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis
Main responsibilities:
Ensuring a robust LPA process is established and well-managed throughout the company
Full ownership of the administrative part of LPAs - incoming post, preparing LPA forms, chasing outstanding information, system updates, liaising with our advisory team as well as with the clients directly, quality check, submitting and registering LPA
First point of contact for answering LPA queries from staff and clients (phone, email)
Reviewing client cases ensuring their file can go to draft within company SLAs
Reviewing drafts prior to being sent to clients
Chasing outstanding information
Producing relevant drafting and LPA reports
Updating CRM and creating new client files on CRM
Back up and assistance with other areas of the business during peak periods
Regular feedback and reports to the Senior Management team
In addition, this role will support the Ops Manager to establish quality requirements and will also lead in assuring high standards for all client cases
You will have a good understanding of the industry, with previous experience in a similar role ideally
Training
Regular training sessions to discuss various case studies, legislation changes etc
Shadowing senior staff in meetings
Various courses related to the role
