Description
Temporary Part time Credit Controller – Redhill

£12 - £14 per hour

Monday to Wednesday 8am-4pm  

Excellent transportation routes – next to Redhill train station

1-2 months’ worth of work

 

Lloyd Recruitment Services are currently searching for a Temporary Credit Controller to work on behalf of a company based in Redhill.

 

This role will involve managing the credit control function for the company's customer base, ensuring that payments are received on time and chasing outstanding invoices where necessary. The successful candidate will have experience in managing high call volumes, excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 



  • Making high volumes of outbound calls to  UK and global clients and chasing payments


  • Chasing outstanding invoices and resolving any queries with customers


  • Allocating payments to customer accounts


  • Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts and credit limits


  • Monitoring customer creditworthiness and raising any concerns to management


  • Liaising with the senior management team to resolve any credit control issues


 

Requirements:

 



  • Previous experience in credit control, outbound sales, or a similar finance role


  • Previous experience of calling international customers chasing outstanding debts


  • Comfortable managing different time zones


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure


  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel


  • Availability to start work immediately


 

This is a temporary position with an immediate start date, expected to last 1-2 months

 

£12 - £14 per hour
