Position: Customer Operations Executive
Monday to Friday
Company: Logistics Industry
Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers
Analyse customer needs and devise effective sales strategies to meet their requirements
Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on any inbound leads
Develop and implement marketing plans to drive sales growth
Provide accurate customer orders/ sales forecasts
Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on market trends
Manage customer accounts to ensure utmost satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience handling inbound sales enquires or logistics/ parts industry experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and negotiation abilities
Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
