- Lloyd Recruitment Services is working with a fantastic family run business who are in search of a skilled and organised Service Administrator for a full-time position based on the outskirts of Horsham.
About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated Service Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team and provide exceptional coordination and support for service-related activities. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills.

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
23 days plus bank holiday on top
Key duties:
Ensure smooth coordination of service-related tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing service requests, and dispatching technicians as needed
Liaise with customers to understand their service requirements and provide timely updates on service progress
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service orders, job cards, and customer communications
Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively and meet service deadlines
Assist in parts and inventory management, ensuring availability of required parts for service jobs
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer enquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Monitor service performance metrics and generate reports for management review
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices
About you:
Previous experience in service coordination or a related field is preferred
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Salary £25k - £30k plus bonus
