£27-30,000 basic + benefits package

 



  • Are you looking for a role with a mixture of administration and telephone work?


  • Do you enjoy liaising with clients over the phone?


  • Would you enjoy planning, maintaining and preparing colleagues work diaries?


  • Confident in IT skills to update the CRM system with activities?


  • Able to take payments and record invoicing for accounts department?


  • Happy problem solving when they arise.?


 

We are looking for an organised person to join an expanding service department in a busy varied administration support role.

 

Working as part of this busy team, you’ll be organising both service and maintenance activities, as well as keeping clients up to date with any breakdown emergency calls – organising for experienced colleagues to either discuss over the phone or attend site.

 

Ensuring that all paperwork is available pre and post visit, ordering parts, quoting for repairs, working alongside warranty documents for claims with manufacturers.

 

Liaising with various internal departments including purchasing and accounts teams, as well as manufacturers directly.
