I’m urgently seeking a customer focused account coordinator to join a small team of marketing professionals, who manage activity for some of the leading high street retailers.
Due to the flexibility of the group, they are keen to consider someone joining them on a permanent basis, but it’ll be an initial 12 month maternity contract initially.
If you’ve gained experience from an agency or in-house marketing team, this would be fantastic, however, consideration can be given to a strong administrator / coordinator, keen to develop their skills in a marketing environment.
You’ll be confident liaising with and coordinating the activities of the clients plans, recording results alongside a coordinator, and reporting on findings back to the end client. The main goal will be to ensure that the client is continuing to be happy and confident in the investment they are putting into the specific project or product.
One thing you’ll need to be is confident using Excel (not an expert, but able towork around spreadsheets – inserting columns/rows / wrap text, colour boxes and texts according to client/activity, basic formulas), as this is the main tool in the business for recording and maintaining client records.
