** £28,000 - £38,000 ** Mon-Fri ** Team Get Together days on a Wednesday in London office ** Corporate Benefits Package ** 25 days holiday + bank holidays ** Private medical Insurance ** Life Assurance ** Pension – they match up to 4% employee contribution and contribute 6% on top = 14% total **

Working across 3 major lines of business within their Global team.?
Be keen in being 1 of 2 Coordinators who work for the wider Global and UK Managers.
Keen to work closely with the Marketing Campaign Manager specifically in delivering of marketing plan and elements as well as tactics within timelines and most importantly, in budget.?
This role will focus on delivering:
Campaigns and programmes
Digital and face to face client events
Social media updates
Briefing outsourced agencies and freelancers on digital activities including website page and email designs.
Evaluating campaigns through analysis of digital data and help guide and improve impact and initiatives.
Manage mailing activities and target audiences
Liaising with sales teams to ensure targeted delivery.
Support, keep and build relationships with stakeholders throughout all processes, and always ensure continued and effective communication at all stages.
Key Requirements:
Relevant marketing experience is essential from a professional services or a B2B environment.
Strong project management skills
Excellent organisational skills, the ability to juggle a mixed workload, and prioritise work effectively
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and happy to attend meetings – face to face and virtual with stakeholders and colleagues
Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised, whilst recognising when to escalate issues or ask for help when required
Strong team player with good people skills and a proven track record of providing support to other team members and building collaborative relationships
