Customer Liaison Officer
** Must be a car driver ** £28,000 to £32,000 ** Company car and fuel card provided **
We have an exciting new opportunity to support the residents of a carbon neutral scheme, based in Sutton.
You will be the key contact between residents and contractors whilst this project takes place.
This would be beneficial for someone who comes from a housing / social housing environment.
Duties:
Ensure residents opinions are acknowledged and feedback to project team
Involve residents in the overall process and ensure they are aware of current situations
Develop effective working relationships with residents
Carry out resident consultation and coffee mornings with clients and residents to support the project team in pre-consultation and update meetings
Engage with the residents in a positive way so that they are involved with the progress of works and feel that their views are heard
Encourage positive relationships between the company and the residents ensuring actions are followed up
Providing clear and concise communication on progress and activity in clear simple terms
Convey accurate information both to residents and from residents to the project team
Create a strong positive liaison with the residents
Have strong written and oral communication skills which must include letter writing
Take ownership and deal with customer/resident complaints through to completion and sharing lessons learnt with the project team and senior management team
Strong negotiation and being able to deliver your point in a professional manner and treating others with respect
