- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Desk Manager to join our client and lead their team of skilled technicians.
As a reputable and growing business, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service desk team and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service possible.

Duties:
(Ideally) Experience in a Managed Service Provider environment
(Ideally) Prior exposure to a Service Desk Management role
Supporting the Service Desk Team
Providing technical knowledge for your team
Supporting high-level tickets and projects
Management duties - KPI monitoring, 1-2-1's, diary management, team leadership
Continuously review and improve service desk processes and procedures.
Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during business hours.
