Essential criteria:
Qualified to practice as a solicitor or barrister in England and Wales (holding current practising certificate).
Minimum of 3 years+ PQE in commercial law.
Strong legal document drafting skills across contracts, corporate documents, etc.
Confidence in ability to work with and alongside key stakeholders across a range of commercial, consumer and compliance matters.
Able to work autonomously with effective time management skills.
Strong communication skills, able to impart knowledge and experience at all levels within the business.
This critical appointment within the UK division, will see you also working alongside the wider European legal team, and will cover a full range of commercial, consumer and compliance matters.
Main areas you’ll be concerned with will include commercial, corporate, antitrust, IP, financial services, data privacy, consumer law, advertising and property issues.
Being committed to ensuring that you remain up to date with relevant laws and regulations to ensure guidance remains appropriate is essential.

Based primarily in their Surrey office, the need to attend other sites on occasions will arise and option to WFH part-week is also possible.
