- Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be partnering with a leading facilities management company in the search for a Cleaning Contract Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team with a reputation for delivering exceptional service to their clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of cleaning operatives
Ensure all cleaning services are delivered to a high standard
Address issues in a responsive and timely manner
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
Attend client meetings and produce reports
Create periodic schedules and staff rotas
Ensure compliance with COSHH, health and safety, and HR procedures
Provide hands-on management and support to ensure staff have the tools they need to perform their tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cleaning Contract Manager, preferably within social housing
Experience managing budgets
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work on their own
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues in a responsive and timely manner
Strong knowledge of COSHH, health and safety, and HR procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to confidently attend client meetings and produce reports
