- Are you a first or second jobber looking for a career opportunity within a supportive company? Look no further than our client's Office Assistant position at their Head Office, through Lloyd Recruitment!
As the Office Assistant, you'll be a key player in the smooth running of the business, providing vital support to various teams. Working closely with the Operations Manager, this varied and multi-skilled role will allow you to hone your skills in communication, time management, and attention to detail.
What you will need:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strong communicator with proficiency in Microsoft applications. You should also have an understanding of database management and be able to manage and prioritise a varied workload.
Our client will also consider candidates with no office experience with basic computer skills who is eager to develop a career in an office setting. Must be a driver due to location.
What’s in it for you?
Salary £20k - £24k depending on experience
Up to £2k bonus
Working hours are 08:30am - 17:30pm Monday to Friday

Your responsibilities will include:
Answering inbound phone calls
Handling email inquiries
Raising works orders on the database
Booking appointments for consultants to attend site
Downloading, formatting, and sending reports to clients
Purchasing kitchen and cleaning supplies
Distributing post and taking any post to the post office
Booking social events
You'll also have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles by booking social events
Salary £20k-£22k plus bonus
