Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for an Installation Team Leader to join a small, successful business based in Redhill.
This is going to be a site-based role where your main focus will be to complete new installations of air domes around the UK for sports and leisure events, with many high-profile customers such as David Lloyd and Virgin Active. Throughout the year you will also be required to attend sites to complete maintenance and repairs, dismantles and re-inflations.
You will be required to start at 6.30am to collect a team of installers in the company vehicle and take them to site each day. You will be mainly based outdoors on sites across the country.
This is full time, permanent role with full training provided.
Paying £25,000 - £35,000 DOE.
This is a really exciting role for someone who has been working within a similar industry and is looking for that next step up.
Responsibilities will include:
Reporting directly to the Operations Director and updating them daily on progress of each job.
Liaise with office staff regarding schedule, deliveries, remedial work and accommodation etc.
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed on site.
Greet, train and supervise temporary staff when working on site.
Provide operational and technical advice to customers when required.
Complete job sheets and ensure sign off from customers before leaving the site.
Monitor warehouse stock of components and prepare tools and equipment needed for work
To be considered for the role you will:
Hold a full UK driving license for more than 1 year.
Be physically fit and happy to work outdoors most days.
Be happy to stay over night in certain locations when needed (hotels and food allowance are provided)
Experience working in a similar industry i.e. Construction / Installation preferred but not essential.
