- Description
- Our client, a growing and reputable business, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced 2nd Line Support Technician to join their team.
You will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and customers, resolving complex issues, and working closely with team members to ensure exceptional customer service and technical support is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd line technical support, resolving complex issues within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Work closely with the service desk team to ensure a smooth and efficient escalation process.
Identify and diagnose issues and provide solutions to prevent further incidents.
Maintain accurate and timely records of support requests, resolutions, and other activities.
Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development.
Participate in projects and other technical initiatives as required.
Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Individual:
Have worked for a minimum of two/three years in an MSP environment.
Understand Microsoft Windows-based technologies (such as Active Directory), servers (such as Hyper-V, VMware, and Dell), and virtual desktops (I.e., Citrix, RDS), Networking (including switches and firewalls), Backups (i.e., Veeam, off site)
Someone who is extremely organised and has a good sense of detail.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
