- Lloyd Recruitment Services have an exciting opportunity for a leading company in the Redhill area who are looking to recruit a part time Sales Support Administrator to join their team.
As the Sales Administrator, you will support the Sales Manager with adding contracts to the system, updating floorplans, replying to enquiries, and chasing contracts.

Salary £23k- £26K pro rata for 21 hours plus excellent company benefits
Hours: Monday - Wednesday 8:00 – 16:00 or 8:30- 16:30 consider shorter days for right person but ideally Monday - Wednesday

What you will be doing...
Processing the client orders
Chasing contracts and relying to enquiries
Adding and sending out contracts to clients
Updating floorplans
Handling sales administration
Maintaining good working relationships with clients
What you will need:
Experience in event coordination and sales administration desirable
Polite and friendly phone manner
Strong worth ethic
Clear and confident telephone manner
Excellent administrative capabilities
Ability to work to deadlines and be organised, diary and time management experience
