 Are you a strong administrator with a background in Financial Services or Insurance?
 Are you looking for a role that will give you with a diverse set of responsibilities including the administration and support of the team?
 
 
 
 
 
 Working for our client based in Ipswich, we are looking for a competent Office Administrator to join a department who are linked to one of the oldest names in marine insurance.
 
 The Role:
 
 
 Serving as the initial point of contact for clients with questions about the services provided
 Preparing, collating, and presenting deliverables to carriers
 Participation in client reviews of deliverables
 Fielding ad hoc queries and requests from Clients and from the Marine Business Unit
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate:
 
 
 Comfortable and confident in customer-facing situations
 Attention to detail and a focus on quality
 IT proficient
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
 Min of 9 months proven administration experience is required
 Strong team player, also able to work independently
