- Digital Business Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst, to join an established and growing electronics company.
You will be a key player in the PMO team, and will have a direct impact on the project roadmap and strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Developing, analysing and documenting business requirements.
Translating business requirements into digital service solutions
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and third parties
Identifying potential areas for improvement and developing digital strategies for clients.
Document project requirements through, users' stories and acceptance criteria
Create relevant as-is and to-be process flows/ swim lane diagrams
Developing relationships with clients and providing guidance and support on digital services.
Monitoring the performance of digital services and making improvements as required
Skills:
High level of business intelligence and strong analytical skills
3-5 years of Business Analyst experience.
In-depth understanding of ERP or Hybris back end.
Experience working across the full project lifecycle, end-to-end
Familiarity with agile delivery methodology
Ability to prioritise multiple conflicting priorities
Ability to be the bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
An enthusiasm for all things digital and e-commerce.
