- Digital Project Manager
This is initially a 12 month FTC, which is likely to become a rolling contract.
Overall the Digital Project Manager has full ownership of delivery, by managing in-house projects or through partners in defined timelines and budget.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing the projects
Facilitate and monitor projects based on lean tenets, tools usage and non-linearity to improve productivity
Publish and implement Quarterly business review with Partners
Formulate value delivery framework and ensure that the value delivery ideas are conceived and implemented by every partner and also for in house projects
Proactive review of projects on a weekly basis and be able to anticipate potential trouble and prevent it.
Plan for people supply chain and identify key positions on proactive basis.
Work with PMO team to improve project delivery techniques and project documentation
Skills:
3+ years of concentrated eCommerce/retail experience
Experience in Project management/Vendor Management with good knowledge in QMS systems
Extensive experience in using Agile/Sprints & a product (MVP) centric design; Applying DevOps (CICD) and automation throughout the program development and rollouts
Must have good knowledge implemented Change Management and Vendor Management.
Knowledge of QMS, ISO-9001 and successfully managed partners.
