Location: Wallington (Although the office will soon be moving to Epsom)

Our client is a fun, friendly and growing company, looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team. As the business expands, they will be moving their office from Wallington to Epsom so the ideal candidate will need to be able to commute to both locations.
You will be responsible for providing great customer service, h Handling a variety of customer queries, providing advice and direction, and ensuring that any issues and queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
You must be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
You will ideally have previous customer service experience, from either a retail or office setting. Additionally, you should also have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service, be self-motivated, and work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
