** £23,000 to £25,000 ** Temp to perm opportunity **
We are seeking a Finance Cashier to support our client, based in Bedford.
Duties:
Posting cash receipts and direct debits daily for multiple banks & eCommerce accounts
Ensuring all cash is allocated to the correct customer accounts and invoices
Deal with account queries promptly and efficiently
Ensure refunds are processed for customers accurately and promptly
Assess new credit requests and review customers' credit ratings with our facilities
Activate new customer accounts
Reconcile sales ledger
Assist in the export and import of sales invoices from multiple systems to one
Experience:
