Purchase Ledger Assistant

 

** £15-16.40 p/hour p/hour (dependent upon experience) ** Weekly Pay ** Paid Holiday ** Pension Enrolment ** Mon to Fri ** 9.00am-5.30pm**

 



  • Are you experience in handling full purchase ledger activities.?


  • Do you have strong Excel awareness.?


  • Are you happy to work on an ongoing temporary assignment (they are looking for someone on a permanent basis, so you could be considered for this appointment if interested to apply alongside direct applicants).?


  • Happy to work in Wimbledon 5 days a week?


 

Key areas you’ll be handling:

 



  • Learn current invoice processing workflow, follow process to organise and bring any backlog of invoices and payments up-to-date


  • Ensure processed invoices are archived


  • Help current team set up matrix that maps all suppliers to a code, budget holder and relevant approvers


  • Learn how Docuware processes invoices automatically, and help team implement invoice workflow for all suppliers


  • Make sure that all suppliers are paid on time throughout this transition period


  • Reconcile supplier accounts to most recent supplier statement


  • Help team produce accurate Aged Creditor report for suppliers


  • Help deal with any supplier or budget holder queries relating to overhead suppliers
