- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a family run engineering business who are looking to recruit a Service & Project Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business where no two days will be the same.
The role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's service contracts and projects. You will be assigning engineers to jobs, producing Risk Assessment and Method Statement paperwork for clients, providing engineers with all required paperwork, managing a year-long calendar of planned service tasks and installations, liaising with logistics partners, and working with the sales team to raise project-specific parts orders. You will also be responsible for managing quality control and ensuring that all engineers are complying with regulations and safety protocols.
Package:
Salary of £28,000 - £35,000
24 days holiday plus bank holiday
08:45am-16:45pm Monday to Friday
Based in Uckfield

Job Description:
Manage service contracts and projects
Assign engineers to jobs
Produce Risk Assessment and Method Statement paperwork for clients
Provide engineers with all required paperwork
Manage a year-long calendar of planned service tasks and installations

Manage quality control and ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols
Requirements:
Positive and enthusiastic self-starter
Excellent organisational skills
Competent in PC, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint Filing System
Competent in the use of a PC, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint Filing System. (SAGE Line 50 & Dynamics CRM would be great, but not essential)
Confident on the phone
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Previous experience in a service / similar role (Desirable)
Salary £28k-£35k plus excellent company benefits
