- Lloyd Recruitment Services are excited to be collaborating with a growing manufacturer on the outskirts of Horley who is in search of a Project’s Assistant / Key Account Sales Administrator to join their team . This entry-level position that is perfect for those who are eager to gain experience in a new and exciting career.
As a key account sales administrator , you will have the opportunity to work on bespoke products for major high street retailers and witness them in your daily life. You will communicate customer needs to design and procurement teams, ensure contract details are met, and logistics administration is efficient. You will also resolve queries and complaints, liaise with depots, work with production to ensure stock flow aligns with forecasting, and update weekly sales and forecasting reports.
In this role, you will work closely with the Key Account Manager to provide excellent customer service to large retail accounts. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, both written and verbal, be highly organised, have excellent time management skills and be proficient in Excel.

You will handle ad hoc admin tasks, fragrance development, trend and market research, and project management of all customer projects to meet key delivery dates. You will set key deadlines and sign off samples/other deadlines while ensuring compliance is up to date and accurate for all customers. Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience working in a support team for a retail business (B2C).
Further responsibilities:
· Support the Key Account Manager in offering outstanding customer service for large retail accounts
· Communicate accurate customer needs to design and procurement teams
· Ensure contract details are being met and the best possible service is being provided
· Ensure logistics administration is effective and efficient for the key accounts
· Resolve queries or complaints and escalate where necessary
· Attend off-site meetings when required
· Liaise with depots regarding nationwide logistics working to tight deadlines
· Raise sales orders
· Work with production to ensure stock flow is in line with forecasting
· Answer calls and queries from new and existing clients
· Arrange meetings, invite attendees, and prepare statistics/paperwork/refreshments
· Update weekly sales and forecasting reports
· Complete product specifications sheet for product reference for all teams
· Ensure compliance is up to date and accurate for all customers
· Fragrance development
· Trend and market research
· Project management of all customer projects to ensure key delivery dates are met
· Set key deadlines for projects to ensure timely deliveries
· Sign off samples/other deadlines
· All ad hoc admin
Requirements:
· Some experience of project management at a junior level is desirable
· Good communication skills, especially written
· Highly organised and excellent time management skills
· Proficient in Excel
· Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience working in a support team for a retail business (B2C)
