- If you have a keen eye for detail, a firm understanding of freight projects / operations, and a strong desire to simplify operational activities for customers, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
Our client has been in business for almost 40 years and is a market leader in their specific industry. As the team grows, they are looking for a permanent operations specialist to join them.
Duties include:
Manage import and export bookings
Responsible for accurate hub billing and job costing
Rate analysis
Report creation, updating, and upkeep
Shape conversations to ensure focus and understanding
Capable of making informed decisions and generating practical, timely solutions
The ideal candidate would be:
Able to communicate openly and confidently
Influence and motivate others in such a way that acceptance and agreement are achieved
Capable of finding practical solutions through decision making techniques
Willingness to include stakeholders in decision-making, obtain buy-in, and implement solutions
