** £14.00 - 16.40 p/hr ** 10 month temporary assignment ** Monday to Friday (early finish on a Friday) ** FREE Parking ** Weekly pay ** Pension ** Sandwich based until trained up, then part-week WFH will be possible **
You’ll be part of an inbound team who are the 1st line of contact for healthcare professionals and patients, with queries on products and supply chain issues for this International Pharmaceutical company.
This is a really varied role, so your strong customer service background and ability to confidentiality multi-task using multiple systems will be used to their fullest. On some occasions, you’ll need to escalate or liaise with more experienced colleagues to come up with solutions, so you’ll need to have the confidence to approach others at all levels of the business.
Key areas of responsibilities:
Management Information reporting – on order management, invoicing, credit / debits and complaints
Query and complaint resolutions – verbal and digital
Customer order management – from initial contact, through relevant business area, recording and updating for future audits
Product technical queries – log and escalate technical complaints following guidelines and passing to relevant person for resolution
Outbound calls – as required to follow up and maintain expectations of source
Payments – advising through relevant department (legal, accounts, supply chain) on payment options
Problem solving – redirecting to relevant interna/external experts or sales order team, keeping out of stock / high demand activities logged/managed successfully
IT issues – assisting and supporting use of system if issues/problems arise
Clinical Trial – checking lead times of products, checking system for details and update customer/trial records
Patient Access Free of Charge schemes – advising and ensuring smooth implementation of any cases
Qualifications / experience:
GCSE’s (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Customer service experience – including queries and complaints via digital and telephone
Computer literate able to use a range of software/SAP systems
Confident query and problem solver – telephone, webchat, letter and email
Happy working on own, but in a busy team environment
