- Due to company growth, we are looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our client based in Reigate finding the very best talent for a variety of organisations, on roles Nationwide and Internationally.

Monday to Friday, 8.30am till 6pm
This is an office-based role so must be based locally to Reigate
£20,000 - £22,000 (depending on experience) + Commission
Employed as a trainee, initially within the first 4-6 weeks your role will be include sourcing candidates for your colleagues, dealing with any advert responses and incoming general enquiries taking as much detail as possible, CV searching job boards, building and adding to your LinkedIn profile and using it for basic marketing.
6 weeks+ will see you becoming more engaged with candidate conversations, interviewing candidates over the phone or virtually, selling jobs to candidates, taking client calls, advertising roles on your LinkedIn profile and job boards and becoming more proactive as you move into your role as a consultant.
The individual:
Have great interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong client relationships
Be ambitious, with the want to learn and progress within the company
Be self-motivated and target driven
Previous experience in sales or customer service would be an advantage
