- An expert in their field, our client provides services to numerous global businesses. A "go-to" company for those who need to ship items anywhere in the world.
Your experience should ideally be in logistics, projects, or freight forwarding. However, if you have solid administrative experience and a desire to work for a global organisation, this might be the position for you.
In your role, your essential duties will include:
Making travel arrangements for Department Managers.
Under supervision, helping with research, handling paperwork, and gathering data for reports.
Assisting with additional tasks or processes as requested by the Manager.
Producing audit information, maintaining, and processing departmental correspondence.
The Individual:
Numerical thinker
Planning & organisation skills - Plans work activities to meet objectives, prioritises assigned duties, maintains work material in an easily retrievable fashion, and effectively manages time.
Strong communication skills
Able to work under pressure, to meet deadlines.
Assume responsibility for specific office functions, on your own initiative.
To work in harmony with the team.
