Description
Based in our client’s Bristol office, we are looking for a Facilities Assistant to join the team and provide day to day support to areas such as reception, post room and general office duties.

 

You will have a flexible outlook as your day to days duties will vary and need to be physically fit as this role will involve moving office furniture for meetings / events.

 

Duties will include:

 



  • Front of house (answering telephone calls and meeting / greeting visitors)


  • Being the eyes and ears of the office


  • Setting up refreshments and layout out / clearing lunches


  • Moving chairs and tables into the meeting rooms


  • General tidying up of the kitchen / office area


 

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn new skills and enjoys working in a fast paced environment where they will interact with colleagues and clients.

 

As such, this role would suit someone looking for a new role, or someone with previous facilities experience gained in administration, reception, or a role involving lots of interaction with people.
