We are looking for a confident, self-motivated and target driven individual to join our client, based in a central London location, as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

Employed as a trainee, initially within the first 4-6 weeks your role will be include sourcing candidates for your colleagues, dealing with any advert responses and incoming general enquiries taking as much detail as possible, CV searching job boards, building and adding to your LinkedIn profile and using it for basic marketing 6 weeks+ will see you becoming more engaged with candidate conversations, interviewing candidates over the phone or virtually, selling jobs to candidates, taking client calls, advertising roles on your LinkedIn profile and job boards and becoming more proactive as your move into your role as a consultant.
Monday to Friday, 8.30am till 6pm. Paying £21,000 - £25,000 + Commission The individual:
Be ambitious and competitive, with the want to learn and progress within the company
Have great interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong client relationships
Previous experience in sales or customer service would be an advantage
