If so, then we have the role for you
We are looking for Customer Services Advisors to join a friendly team based in Coulsdon to work in a busy contact centre.
Hours will be 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Paying £20,000 - £25,000k, depending on experience.
Duties will include:
Answering high volume of inbound calls, dealing with customer queries and escalating to the correct team when needed.
Understand issues from customers perspective by asking questions and diving further to understand.
Liaise with customers and other departments to ensure all customer queries are resolved and ensure all customer data is accurately recorded in line with GDPR
Report directly to the line manager and work positively with all team members
Ideal candidate:
Have a positive and enthusiastic approach
Strong interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manor
computer literacy and numeracy skills
Previous call centre experience is desirable but not essential
