Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with an engineering company who are in search of a Customer Service Manager to join their expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity to further grow your career and work within a supportive business who see year on year growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for the compliance, auditing and training of a small customer service team.

8am – 5pm / 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

The role:
Daily management of 3 customer liaison executives and a supervisor
Distribute new customer accounts to the team based on matrix scoring system
Provide training to new team members on companies processes and procedures
Auditing of the teams’ progress and data accuracy - making recommendations to improve efficiency
Managing the businesses administrator with their day-to-day task
Auditing of job costing sheets to ensure correct rates are applied correctly
Auditing of directors’ instructions spreadsheet
Complete Life Cycle Assessments, Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme and Constructionline
Will be customer service and management based with ability to work in compliance and KPI’s
Updating the internal teams with works status and updates
Chasing outstanding Quotes with the customer service team
Using skills matrix to assign tasks to the relevant CSA
Provide training to relevant staff member to take over customer accounts support/management role
A small part of the role will be account management of existing client base (25%)
Work with supervisors to improve first visits to contracts
Personal specification:
Must have water industry experience – minimum 2 years
Line management/ managerial experience of small teams
Understanding of compliance and auditing processes (advantageous but not essential)
Full UK drivers’ licence and own vehicle
A team player who leads by example
Intermediate to advanced user of Excel
Salary £30k-£35k depending on experience
