- Pension Administrators
Five experienced administrators are wanted by our client, who are located in Leeds, to join their team.
You will join a friendly and welcoming team and will have the opportunity to work in an ongoing temporary position starting in February 2023 (interviews will begin immediately).
The Benefits:
Holiday pay
Hourly wage of £13.50 per hour
Monday through Friday (35 hour week)
Responsibilities Include:
Processing basic casework, which includes investigating the situation, making data changes, preparing retirement and transfer calculations, and producing any required letters
You will be given full training and work lists, and you are encouraged to manage your own desk
Develop strong internal relationships by collaborating with colleagues
Exhibit natural ease and effectiveness when interacting with clients and colleagues at all levels
What will you need?
Strong English and numerical skills - As part of the role, letter writing, and calculation fluency are required
The ability to work efficiently and to deadlines
A keen eye for detail
The ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a professional attitude
Working independently, with minimal supervision
