- Description
- Our client has been established for over forty years and are specialists in their unique industry. With the team continuing to grow, they’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join them on a permanent basis.
The successful individual will be responsible for increasing the accuracy of the company's operations through daily reporting, goal analysis and document reconciliation, customer system discrepancies, and improving operational efficiency.
What exactly will the job entail?
Manage import and export bookings using an in-house booking log sheet and in collaboration with the Customer Services team
Responsible for accurate hub billing and job costing
Monitor cost leadership for cost of sales
Rate analysis
Report creation, updating, and upkeep
Ability to communicate openly and confidently
Influence and motivate others in a way that results in acceptance and agreement
Shape conversations to ensure focus and understanding
Capable of making informed decisions and generating practical, timely solutions
The ideal candidate would be:
