** £10-15.00 p/hour (dependent upon experience) ** Weekly Pay ** Paid Holiday ** PAYE ** Mon to Fri ** 8.30 - 5.00pm **
Are you a recent graduate, or someone with experience in purchase ledger combined with strong IT skills?
Are you available for the next 3 months for work?
Can you get to Wimbledon on a day-to-day basis?
Working pattern: Full or part time (4 days a week) can be considered for the right candidate
Main duties and responsibilities:
Learn current invoice processing workflow, follow process to organise and bring current backlog of invoices and payments up-to-date
Ensure processed invoices are archived
Help current team set up matrix that maps all suppliers to a code, budget holder and relevant approvers
Learn how Docuware processes invoices automatically, and help team implement invoice workflow for all suppliers
Make sure that all suppliers are paid on time throughout this transition period
Reconcile supplier accounts to most recent supplier statement
Help team produce accurate Aged Creditor report for suppliers
Help deal with any supplier or budget holder queries relating to overhead suppliers
