Trade Coordinator
£21-25,000 depending upon experience
Monday to Friday - 7.30/8.00am – 4.30pm (3pm finish on Friday)
Free parking on site
We are looking for someone from a trades, warehouse, transport, logistics, retail, stores/storage background to work for our client based in the Tolworth area.
You’ll be part of a team of administrators who support 4 engineers in organising their monthly and weekly activities, and ensuring that their service and breakdown appointments run smoothly, and all necessary equipment and parts are available on the day.
Meeting regularly with the Warehouse and Stock Manager to arrange for parts to be ordered in time, and maintaining the database with activities and actions for invoicing.
The system they use produces future jobs as well as stock needed, tracks invoices and accounts activities, so a lot of duties are automatically generated for future actioning.
You’ll also be required to keep customers updated at all stages, especially if there is a delay in getting deliveries and appointments need to be “pushed back” or getting involved in special offers that come down from the sales and marketing team.
IT literacy, and previous use of databases would be extremely beneficial – although full training will be provided.
