Description
We are delighted to be working with our client, who is going through a time of growth due to continued success.



Currently looking for an experienced Sales Administrator, you will provide full support to the sales and service teams, whilst also providing additional support to clients helping to maintain strong client relationships.



This is an opportunity to join a family run business, where you can become part of a friendly and driven team and be part of their success. Personality is key, and we are looking for professional, hard-working individuals, who enjoy taking responsibility for their tasks and duties, but happy to help out when needed.



Ideally, the successful individual will be a proficient and experienced administrator, with previous sales support experience.  



Duties:

Customer Sales & Quotations



  • Assist the sales and servicing teams with the preparation of quotations for existing and new customer, using Excel and a specific in-house system


  • Be involved in all aspects of preparing and pricing offers to customers, including inputting of quotes and installation jobs onto the system


  • Follow up with customers and monitor lead pipeline and success of quotes




Customer Relationship Management



  • Monitor and coordinate regular customer visits from the Sales and Service team to support lead generation


  • Ensuring CRM system is kept up-to-date


  • Monitor existing customer equipment usage and age




The Individual:



  • Previous administration and / or sales support experience


  • Fully IT proficient with strong Excel


  • Previous reporting experience


  • Excellent attention to detail


  • Highly organised and methodical


  • A team player is a must
