- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client based in Wimbledon.
This is a temporary contract with a start date of mid – end Jan. Paying £11ph
Your duties will include:
Liaising with clients and customers by telephone and email
Being the first point of contact for any queries or questions
Using internal systems to process applications and book courses while finding dates that match both clients and customers
The ideal candidate will:
Have excellent interpersonal skills with a good telephone manner
Be a quick learner happy to learn new systems
Must have strong IT skills
