- Billing Specialist
Our client is seeking an individual to operate in their Head Office, based in Stamford Hill.
You will get the chance to work as a senior member of the billings team for a growing company, that has three retail locations throughout the UK.
The role is to:
Ensure that all customers and connections have a smooth billing process
Use billing software to maximise billing process efficiency
Report and analyse billing data to ensure accuracy
Assist all departments with their billing needs
Communicate via telephone, email, and mail
Update and maintain customer information within the databases
Offer courteous customer service for all billing inquiries
Escalate questions and concerns when necessary

Multitask and prioritise your workload
Able to work under pressure, to hit targets and deadlines
Enjoy taking ownership and responsibility
Previous billings experience
