** £30-35,000 ** company car for business meetings ** Mon to Fri ** 25 days hols + bank holidays ** Hybrid work pattern after qualifying period **
Brief overview:
You’ll be responsible for all aspects of product supply including full lifecycle of supplier negotiations, contracting and management for this expanding company.
You’ll be confident in:
Implementing the purchasing strategy, securing supply of services, remaining proactive in ensuring all meet business needs, guidelines and SLA’s are in place.
Delivering planned programmes within the budgeted rates and agreed risk levels.
Negotiating rates, SLA’s and wider contract terms and conditions, managing the cost of sale to optimise margin, whilst ensuring quality levels are delivered.
Responsible for the continued monitoring of the ongoing commercial and operational performance of these services/suppliers including the review of Corporate Data Quality, feedback, stock utilisation, audits and adherence to contract terms.
Identify and negotiate offers and marketing contributions from key suppliers to drive demand into specific services.
Negotiating contract renewal conditions to minimise the need to cost on estimates, ensuring all suppliers are contracted as appropriate within set deadlines, to ensure a continuity of and timely supply of quality services.
Sourcing new suppliers to deliver new product development and existing product enhancement initiatives across all brands.
This role is for you if:
Have prior experience in contracting, negotiating and strong relationship management skills.
Are used to working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on delivering market leading competitive services and products into the business, securing special offers or exclusive deals with key suppliers throughout the contract life.
You are a highly organised, conscientious, proactive problem solver who enjoys looking for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the approach to purchasing
Are proficient at utilising commercial MI reports to proactively identify where supply is short or cost of sale needs negotiating to improve sales conversion.
Are passionate about customer satisfaction and driven to create successful long term commercial supplier relationships by travelling to key destinations to build personal relationships with key suppliers.
You are self-motivated, positive, resourceful and professional. Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, have an eye for detail and are able to successfully work, with a high degree of autonomy
A knowledge of Microsoft IT products and ability to use IT systems
If you have written and spoken European language skills (French or German), it’d be very beneficial.
