Team Administrator



Urgent need to find a new Team Administrator to join my award-winning client, for an expanding team, who manage one of their longest established clients.



Working alongside experienced Performance Managers and Senior Media Executives, you’ll be involved in planning, buying and administration of media campaigns, including monitoring of ad performance, so you’ll enjoy working with data/reports within a customer service/driven environment.



Day to day duties will include completing administration and implementing media bookings, researching media opportunities and liaising with clients, creative agencies and internal specialists to devise, implement and report on the impact of media activity.



Key activities



  • You’ll enjoy liaising with clients via phone and email, building relationships and rapport.


  • Discuss and come up with improved rates for clients, improving value for money where possible.


  • Provide guidance to clients and agency partners regarding media schedules and creative specs.


  • Collate monthly reports of media activities.


  • Get involved with supplier team meetings.




What you’ll have to offer



  • Commercially focused individual with a proactive, can-do attitude


  • You’ll have an excellent work ethic, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure, combined with an enthusiastic, personable and positive attitude


  • A comfortable and competent communicator, able to build strong relationships within the agency and externally with clients and media partners


  • The ability to work across multiple accounts within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment


  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint




Salary / benefits include



  • £20-23,000


  • After 3 months, can swap to hybrid working (3 office / 2 WFH)
