- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a manufacturing company of Luxury goods who are in search of a part time Admin Assistant to join their growing team.
Our client is an established, family run business that supply luxury products to major high street retailers. Due to continued success within the business, they are looking to add a Admin Assistant to their team.
Salary £20k - £25k pro rata
Please note: Hours are flexible depending on your requirements (four or five shorter days across Monday to Friday)
The role:
You will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the office, working with colleagues and supporting the business compliance in its work. Our client’s countryside location in Horley means that own transport is a must.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
Providing assistance to the Compliance Manager in relation to product testing
Compiling technical information & test reports
Assisting in the running of the office
Receiving & dealing with telephone queries
Handling mail and deliveries
Labelling, storing & maintaining product samples
Ordering office stationery
Keeping the kitchen area neat and tidy
Administration support to the team
The ideal candidate would have:
Excellent organisational abilities
Strong attention to detail
Proficient use of Word, Excel (basic), and Outlook, with the ability to learn new IT systems and applications
You should be self-motivated, flexible and be able to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines
