** £40,000 to £45,000 DOE ** 12 month FTC ** DC Pension scheme (upto 8.5% employer contribution) ** PHI and PMI ** Life Assurance ** upto 15% discretionary bonus p/annum) **
Working as part of the UK Operations and Business Innovation team of this recognised name in the Electronics sector, you’ll have responsibility for managing a team of project managers and analysts to deliver strategic HQ projects, local tactical projects as well systems and process.
With 5-10 years experience in programme and project management, you’ll be responsible for overseeing key business performance issues with the goal of increasing sales or driving the bottom line across:
Sales
SCM
Retail
Marketing
Digital
Finance and Logistics
Core part:
To achieve the project objectives by managing resources for planning project activities, analysis, defining as is and to be gaining stakeholder support, reporting on project progress, evaluating implementation and liaising with HQ. This role is designed to ensure that the change is carried out efficiently and accurately with required escalations made in time to effect change.
Duties:
Using PM experience, you’ll be leading, motivating and supporting Project Management team of 2 Project Managers
Direct and support development team to resolve any issues
Engaging and matrix managing between 5 to 1,000 stakeholders, to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s) and building internal relationships
Monthly Project updates for leadership and senior management
Reporting project activities and operations improvement to HQ, RHQ & Senior Management
Leading system and process implementation to improve operational efficiencies
Monitoring/Reporting company KPI’s; Sell in forecasting, Sell out forecasting, Channel Stock
Leading Supply Chain meetings/business process review meeting in order to build up the strategic relationships and improving collaboration process
Identifying new projects and developing strategy to meet company objectives
Identifying and managing suppliers and agencies to add value to projects
Supporting any of internal system issues on internal systems
Provide process and system training for the 500~ 600 employees
