Digital Innovation Consultant
** Up to £35,000 DOE ** Free parking/shuttle bus ** PR Bonus ** Pension Contribution of upto 8.5% ** £35 p/month for Flex Benefits ** 23 days leave +b.hols **
My client is one of the best known and admired brands in the world, and they are looking for someone to get involved in the planning, design and development of innovative digital solutions – initially on a 12-month contract.
You’ll have at least 3 years experience of working in business management for a large corporation or consultancy. This role will call on you to develop new prospect proposals and provide support to the administration of the management consulting practice.
Duties:
Assist the senior consultant or consulting group leader in coordinating fieldwork for assignments by contributing to the development of project plans, fieldwork task schedules, scheduling and preparing for workshops and interviews, gathering documentation, and liaising with client staff.
Perform engagement procedures designed to identify and define issues, review and analyse evidence, and document business processes. Prepare working papers to support results of procedures.
Identify, develop and document issues and recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed.
Assist in coordinating and communicating the results of consulting and internal projects via written reports and oral presentations to management.
Ensure all review notes are addressed and reviewed with the consulting team
Participate in the drafting of reports and presenting draft to the senior consultant or manager for review and approval.

Key skills needed in addition to above:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and build rapport with colleagues and clients
Proven ability to work in a team orientated environment
Willing to work overtime and flexible hours at peak stages/times
